K-town has been a very busy place the last couple of weeks. The Tourist season is in full swing with an average of around 6,500 passengers visiting Ketchikan per day. Big days we have closer to 9,000 visitor in K-town.
One of the most popular things folks really seem to enjoy is the Seahorse Trolley tour. This outfit started a few years back and is always a big draw year after year. They use Norwegian Draft horses to pull the trolleys and they have some very awesome animals at work very day through September.
The tour is just a short 45 minute ride through the downtown area, but it goes by all the important things that you can take in after the tour. So, have some FUN and ride the trolley.
